Managing Director

 

As the Managing Director of The Dragon Group, Matt is the brains of the business.

Matt is a driven individual, thrives off a challenge and deals well working under pressure. The Dragon Group is comprised of three separate entities (Dragon Labour Hire, Dragon Property & Development & Dragon Permanent Placements).

Matt is responsible for the day to day management of The Dragon Group from interviewing and evaluating staff members, ensuring both workers & clients are satisfied and undertaking continued marketing and strategic growth of the business throughout Australia.

Matt has spent his entire working career amongst the construction industry, with experience working with national industry leaders and organisations. A career growth of holding roles from Sales Manager through to Managing Director, his excellent network throughout the industry is unparalleled. Matt has a notoriously dedicated and communicative approach to dealing with clients, always going beyond just a transactional relationship.
